A warrant gives you the right to buy a stock at a predetermined strike price by a certain date. Each one has a different strike price, like BAC+B is $30.79 for BAC by OCT 2018. The closer or further away to the strike price the base stock gets, the more or less the warrant's value becomes.

But you can also buy and sell them like a regular stock. Which is why I mentioned BAC+B for earnings this friday. If it pops in value you can sell it for profit just like a stock. The closer BAC gets to $30.79, the more in value BAC+B increases.

You have the right to buy it at that price until the warrant expires. So if BAC goes past $30.79 you can still buy it at that price. 1 share per warrant. The warrant will also pop in value.

It's easier just to sell the warrants for a profit. It doesn't need to hit the strike price for you to profit either, just as long as it gets closer to it. Like if BAC hits $27+ after earnings, BAC+B will jump at least 10%+

I bought into NAK at $1.44, just sold today at $1.92. It's not a good long term investment IMO but you can gamble with it if you want to. As far as I'm concerned, penny stocks are for flipping, not holding. When the share price on one jumps sharply and then runs out of steam and becomes stagnant then it's time to sell because that shit will be coming back down in the next few days 95% of the time.
