it might not be a scam but the current price is not healthy. the thing is most ICO buyers still hold their coins because they don't trust cryptopia.

often times these kind of icos get pumped at obscure exchanges and then get dumped when they start trading at a bigger exchange. this leads to the belief of "binance kiss of death" for example, when in fact its just ICO buyers finally getting a chance to cash out in an exchange they find trustworthy.

don't get me wrong odn might be a good coin but a huge correction is going to happen.
