Wait, so are the only coins that you can buy directly for fiat BTC, LTC and ETH? I've been looking at all the major exchanges and these are the only 3 on offer. Some can offer you Monero or something in exchange for USD but they all just use your money to purchase BTC and then convert it before giving you Monero.

Is there any exchange that allows you to DIRECTLY exchange fiat for anything other than these 3? Please show me a counter-example.
