Wallet version 2.0.2 is a mandatory update which corrects the issues that you have experienced during the PoS switch-over. It is now available on https://github.com/pandacoin-official/pandacoin, http://thepandacoin.org and as binary.

A few things to consider before updating:

1. You NEED to back up your wallet.dat. The software will automatically do a copy but it's better to be sure.
2. The wallet will take around 10 minutes reindexing so please be patient.
3. The wallet might crash and give an error after importing (Windows 7 has been tested successfully). This is okay - just start the wallet again and you should be good to go.

Think of it in terms of PoW: you're solo mining with a low diff, but continously more people join mining, rising the diff. Your contributed hashrate relative to total hashrate decreases, and ETA for finding a block increases.

High diff may very well be good for the network but if someone has a sufficiently small amount that is not exactly going to cheer them up when the expected time to finding a block turns out to be many months. They will get rewarded eventually but I don't think anyone would keep the wallet running for that long if they never found a single block.

Check if you have a network weight by hovering over the green arrow, if you do have a weight it means it's working. Check the estimate there, that will give you a rough idea of when you should expect finding a block, but just like with PoW mining it's not 100% accurate, in fact it can be terribly off. For me it's 45 minutes and haven't found a block in like 6 hours, before that I found a bunch.

with POS it doesnt matter if you have shit hardware as long as you keep your wallet open you get to earn the crypto. Sure only people with high amounts are likely to get PND more frequently. But the other way people with shit hardware were getting zero anyway, now atleast they get something

And people with mining hardware can simple mine in the multipool to gain more PND plus help increase its value, so its a win-win imo

If this is indeed the case, I say remove min stake age.
PND was supposed to be about honesty and shit. This is hardly a honest feature.
