Imagine LibertyCoin with it's small distribution... Anyone not buying at least 10,000XLB right now is insane... I did some reseach. apparently MSE is seeing virus signatures in the chainstate folder because some people take virus definitions, turn them into valid Bitcoin addresses (by padding them I assume) and then sends coins to these addresses, meaning they end up in the blockchain, so that it triggers peoples AV.

Mintcoin has too much inflation (who thought 20% is a good idea?).
Less initial distribution - PND will be the only POS coin with 3+ months entry.
No active multipool.
PND has a better community that already stood through all the lows so I'm guessing most will continue to stick.
There's no niche market for mint whereas we're the first billion coin to target SE Asia directly.

Bytecoin had that 80% premine not Monero. Get is straight.

Monero mining uses kyrptoknight protocol, it is a protocol used among a group of cryptographers...they were cryptographers before they thought of doing a virtual currency, so this is kind of a big deal...they were already pros with cryptography. anyway first they came up with bytecoin but then people found out it has a massive 80% remine...from what i understand it was similiar to what happened with asiacoin. anyway, a bunch of the bytecoin investors were super pissed so they took the code and implemented bitmonero, and then they changed the name to monero, so don't be confused

and bitmonero basically smashed bytecoin, since it was all so close knit and undiscovered anyway, it was such a small community that everyone quickly realized they had to implement their own fork cus of the hidden premine. so in my opinion, bitmonero is the "official" kyrptoknight coin, it will be the bitcoin. there are a bunch of little guys popping up trying to implement the same thing basically...see honeypenny, quazar (or some shit like that, some outer space souding shit) and a few other clones. bitmonero devs are aware that a bunch of stupid clones will pop up around it and they are planning accordingly. one of the things theyre doing is keeping the kryptoknight protocol shit (the pool, wallet GUI) closed source until everyone basically accepts bitmonero as the official kryptoknight coin, then they will release the source, after they will be powerful enough to smash all the clone coins that will inevitably pop up. i think that is a huge mistake bitcoin and litecoin made, not smashing competition

Thx for making the distinction. But they still need to give away the premine. It's not fair for them to just sell all of it it to us. That's why there isn't a GUI wallet yet maybe, they need time to figure out how to emit this to people. Monero isn't king yet I believe

You could vote as many times as you wanted from the same account. He won because NEETs were voting for him all day during the duration of the contest.

Then everyone complaining about the winner is simply stupid

It was the same thing as Worst Company In America Award going to EA twice in a row.

/v/ just spammed the shit outta that EA button every hour because the site allowed that kinda voting

They did it to make a statement that EA was the worst video game company and by beating actual worse companies like BP, BOI etc that there are conumers genuinely pissed off at EA for their shitty business practices against gamers

When people heard about EA winning over BP and BOI twice in a row, they called everyone who voted EA stupid. But those very people didnt bother to vote for that poll

Why not ban together and sponsor an esport team like a cs: go team or something?

Some nascar hick probably wont be a crypto enthusiast

Someone watching video games onlibe probably would though

We could probably do it without being called plagiarists, Credits kinda splatted.
It's sad, it kinda had an interesting idea.

i think the latest World of Warcraft (WOW) has a panda themed game

we should probably sponsor a tournament of that

it will go well with our theme

i cant recollect any moba with Pandas in it?

the latest WOW is the only game with Pandas i can think of where you can sponsor a tournament out of

How about a Tekken tournament, one of the characters is a Panda iirc, we could have a strictly Panda vs panda comeptition/tournament?

Or would pointing the miner at one of the other PND exclusive pools be better for someone like me with a potatoe?
