I reasearched zerocoin and I have come to the conclusion it would not be a good idea to integrate it into the PND client. It requires the creation of a second, parallel coin (zerocoin) and the main effect it has is acting as a laundering system, which could piss off governments.
Instead I think we should just preach good practice and tell people who want better wealth anonymity (not true anonymity) to split their wealth over multiple wallets. It won't stop governments but it will help protect against scammers and the like.
I still think implementing I2P into the client would be good for IP address anonymity. This won't piss off governments nearly as much as a built in laundering function.

I appreciate you doing some research, but surely zerocoin isn't an effective money laundering tool by itself since it affects the coins, not the person making use of them. A suitcase of banknotes is untraceable - but if you're not disguising your face when handing it over they're not ensuring your anonymity. Isn't zerocoin just fixing security holes in Bitcoin to bring it in line with banknotes?

And even if it were proven to be purely a money-launderer's dream, why discount it? A larger percentage than governments would like to admit of economic activity is extralegal, but it still contributes. If the goal is for widest saturation then not including that sector is deliberately hamstringing yourself.

All you need is some CP traders or terrorist wannabes impeding investigations due to the fact that no transaction between suspect parties took place and the Government will be more than happy to crack down hard.
If such transactions require third party laundry services, then the currency itself can't be blamed.
I think we should at least wait and see how Anoncoin or Zerocoin (apparently zerocoin guys wanna make it its own currency now) fair.

So... let me see if i got this right.
The age the coin needs to have to be eligible to staking is 72 Hours
The Yearly Stake is 2.5%, meaning all the stakes add to 2.5% of what you have in total in an entire year.
We have 365 days a year.
365x24=8760 Hours
8760/72=121.6...
121(122?) Stakes a year
2.5% divided by 121=0.02...
So each individual stake is about 0.02% of what you have?

in the cgminer folder create a bat file (create a txt file and save it as nameofbat.bat) with following content:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://multi.pandapool.info:3008 -u PNDADDRESS -p anything -I 13

more info here http://multi.pandapool.info/
insert your pnd address, save it, and doubleclick it to start mining

so i bought some DRK ages ago. it is now worth 3 times as much, $20 almost. should I sell it and buy PND with it?
