The more I read the less likely it is him. Bitcoin core was released on c++ on windows and he was unix. Never coded in c++. His wife also denies it totally. His friends from the time think he probably didn't too, or if he did, it was part of a group. He was also a huge privacy advocate, and clearly BTC is so public. So I doubt it was him. Interesting thesis nonetheless..

My current theory is that it's Dorian. But he *can't* admit it because he was under a contract with his employer at the time he developed Bitcoin and if it was proven that he is Satoshi, this employer could legally changes the original license of Bitcoin's code. They would own it.
