DEXG. It's a new exchange being developed with some impressive technological features, like a unique AMM that doesn't rely on oracles and reduces slippage to near 0, and single-token liquidity pools backed by a shared WETH pool to reduce or eliminate impermanent loss. The exchange is set to come out Q1, so basically within the next 3 weeks.

Market cap is still phenomenally low (only around 16 million). This is low for an exchange governance token as you can see from the attached chart. 50-100x is pretty reasonable, since even 100x would put it below Balancer's current market cap (this image is a bit out of date).
