A small house in the woods somewhere where I can live and never have to wage or interact with people again.

Financial security. So a house, and setting up a fund that gives me 3k passive income every month.

As a "reward" I'd probably take me and my family on a chill vacation for a month, visiting different places, with some luxury transport and accomodation. But that would be the only indulgence, the rest of the money is so that I don't have to be a wagie anymore.

Depends what you define as a lot of money is. If your definition is $10k. More crypto and a new pc to mine and validate from. If it’s $1million, probably put into a wealth management fund and then go back to scratch playing the crypto game again with some of the annual return.

Probably just a small house with a decent yard somewhere near a beach. Maybe a new computer and some clothes. I'm not very ambitious, I don't want a mansion or anything, I just want enough money that I can be left alone to go to the gym and play vidya without having to work.

Clear out debt

Buy a Tesla 3

Buy a simple house in a decent neighborhood, I live in Richmond, VA. Not a bad city but the southside of town is just....sad.

Do the same for my mom.

Still work a part time day job to keep myself busy or maybe just Uber a few hours a day with said tesla.

Earn a degree in law or something.

I have no desire of living a lavish lifestyle, I just want to live a normal life without excessive stress.

I need around 2-2.5 million to make it, and I'll divide them like this:
>house for me (200-300k)
>apartment for mom (150-200k)
>2-3 apartments or rental spaces for businesses so I can make some passive income (600-800k)
>a sailboat (70-100k)
>scuba diving gear, spare sails, spare motor parts, solar panels, diesel generator, watermaker, etc. (20-50k)
>a few retarded things consooomer things like VR headsets, a medieval armor (3-5k)
>better quality hiking gear (ultralight backpack, new boots, ultralight tent, waterproof jacket, etc) (1k)
>a few foldable bikes (so I can get off the boat and easily explore islands) (1k)

These things will only cost me around 1.5 million. Anything over that will be invested into stablecoins and lended on a few defi platforms to make even more passive income, and maybe 50-100k kept in crypto and le boomer bank accounts for emergencies.
If I make over 2.5 million I'll probably donate a lot of the surplus money.

just turned 37 here. already own a house and a hooked up german sports car i bought new

I want a house on top of a hill with no shitty neighbors. that's all

>> No.30419073

Several moderately sized, move in ready homes. I'll charge a fairly reasonable rate and pay a percentage to some letting agency to maintain and upkeep it.

Literally a no lose scenario. I'll own the homes outright, so all the income is pure profit, and when I decide it's too much hassle I can just sell them off. Not to mention property is the easiest way to avoid inheritance tax so my son wouldn't get fucked over
