Is this binance. I was thinking of gambling there. If it's binance have some BNB so it will take out the fees there at a reduced rate.

Use my ref code in the name please, it gives you a discount on trade fees if you start an account through a ref code. I also get some of the fees enacted through a trade.

Also keep some of your amount in BNB so the fees are taken from there at a 25% rate, giving you a bigger discount on the trading fee.

>> No.30399971

>>30399546
They are leveraged tokens that basically handle everything for you, but you shouldn't hold them for more than a few days at most.

>> No.30400034

>>30399930
You misunderstand. It's not a fee decrease for me, it's a fee decrease for the person using the referral code. Sorry you missed out.

Avoiding discounts is poorfag mentality. Stay trapped.

Say the leverage amount is fixed at 3x. If BTC goes up 10% in a day, BTCUP goes up 30%. If BTC goes down 10%, BTCUP goes down 30%.

Now say BTC and BTCUP starts at 100. It goes up 10%, so BTCUP is worth 130. The next day BTC goes down 9.1%, and is now worth 100 again. BTCUP goes down 9.1 * 3 = 27.3%, so is now worth 130 * 0.727 = 94.51

BTC has gone up and down and settled in the same place, but volatility means BTCUP is worth less than it started. If you buy and sell this kind of token and the underlying has a consistent up/down trend you can make money, but when it is volatile you lose money like this. When you hold over long times there is more volatility.

Oh now I see, I bought btcdown yesterday from 47700 and now even if it goes back to that level I will still lose money. It should go below it for me to get even.

read the post carefully and just write down the percentages by multiplying them, you'll understand, its very basic when you grasp it.

I bought at 47.000 and it went up 7 percent so I lost 7x3: 21% --- 100 - 21 = 79.

now if it goes down to 47.000, that would be 6.5% fall, 6.5x3: 19.5% --- 79 + 16 (19.5% of 79) = 95.

see?

I think it will too, but the longer you hold the more volatility will degrade the value of a leverage token, up or down. Up to you when to sell.
