They set borderline mathematically impossible conditions on the limit orders that would make even testing the system so prohibitively expensive that no one poor enough to invest in rubic would ever try to confirm. I just put a rubic Limit order sell up. It's public. Feel free to look at it if you want. The price will need to pump up a bit for it execute and perform the 0.15 eth beta fee offset. Will post proof of transaction when it completes. You can see the order book sell for 5200 rubic at 0.0002 eth. This means the price will need to be a bit higher than the 0.0002, but it will execute eventually when people start buying rubic again. You're welcome niggers.
