If you follow the transactions you can see that each wallet that receives the larger amount only has two transactions. After receiving the large amount it then sends a small amount (likely to another anon) along with larger amount to a new address that repeats the same process.

I don't see how this is effective money laundering as you are starting from a relatively small stack and it is dwindling with every transaction.
