Here's an honest answer for you anon:

1. Take 50k and buy a house to rent out. Put 20% down or 25% if required. Leave $10k for upgrades if needed.
2. Take 6k and max out an IRA. Roth if you're young.
3. Take 15k (10%) and put 10k in bitcoin, 5k in ethereum. Don't overthink this.
4. Keep 6 months in emergency fund cash High interest rate savings account.
5. Take the remainder and dollar cost average into low cost index funds like SPY, FNILX, etc.
6. Bonus: if you want to diversify, you can buy some silver or gold but no more than a few K.

Thats all you need.
