Doing recruitment is not the same as benefits, or health and safety. Hell, recruiment for blockchain dev is not the same as it is for waste disposal.

As some one who literally had to do this a very large origination, and you can believe me on that if you want or not. HR.....after i had to sit there and literally have 5+ meetings for them to tell me what they actually fucking wanted done because every thing they said was a fucking monkey paw of we want this....but not what we just told you. And you cant fucking reason with HR people why you say, FUCK IT, ill just get every thing, and then we can set up a view to only see what you need. "No we only xyz." thyen i had to explain to them, ok, but more people are going to come asking for more information we really should put mo- "NO! we only need this information nothing more!" and because some hole wanted only their info, i had to go back literally 5 fucking times to change it because surprise surprise, literally exactly what me and my boss said was going to happen happened. All that I gathered from this blogpost is that you do not know how to interact and deal with women in the workplace(or in general), and don't take that as me calling you an Incel (which you might be, but I digress).
The first problem (and most major problem) that I see in your post is that you are asking a woman on what she thinks she be done and not telling her what you are going to do for her and instructing her how to do things the correct way. The reason why you got fire hosed is because you didn't set the terms from the beginning. I've been doing this (working with HR departments) quite a long time now. It doesn't matter where you are, in the workplace or out of the workplace, you need to tell women what they need to do -REGARDLESS- of what level the may be (either above you or below you). Example: I once joined a company where onboarding / it on boarding was handled by HR aka the chief people officer at the time in the assistant. When I discovered how poorly managed and inefficient the process was, I booked a meeting with the both of them and told them exactly what I was going to do to fix the problem, and then gave them a run book on what to do in the future. What was the outcome? No more issues, our onboarding process went from 3 days to 15 minutes.

TLDR: If a woman asks for something, do not ask her for specifications, women do not know what they want... It's the mans duty to tell them what they want.

Next time you apply for a job online, fit as many key word from the job description online into your resume as you possibly can. Many of these online applications systems filter based upon matching key words in your resume. The more key words that match, the better your chance of having your application be seen by human eyes and make it onto some ones desk.

Galaxy brain move, copy the entire job description and paste it in super small text in a color that matches the background of the pdf you are sending in. The systems will be able to pick up the super fine text as its coded in file itself, and give you a 100% match on key words. And if any one opened up the PDF they would never fucking notice it.

You'll still have to hire some sort of programmer (like a blockchain or cloud person) to handle the issues.
