will real estate collapse before the fiat collapse?

>> No.30314778

Not really sure real estate will ever crash. Price of lumber, copper and other commodities are hitting ATH. $15 min wage around the corner. If the price to build a new house goes up dramatically then there won't ever be a real estate crash.

My latest projections for all out chaos and hysteria is 2024. If the monetary system doesn't collapse then idk if it ever will in our lifetimes.

Why would it
>will (real asset) collapse when (fake asset) does?
No

>> No.30319448

>>30319265
current real assets are priced in the fake asset fucktard

>> No.30319449

Yes but the question becomes moot once either of them colapse.

Rising rates are going to make houses unaffordable for retarded normies I don't see how there can't be a crash. You are aware of the rising rates right? The thing that drove this current insane boom since covid started is that rates went insanely low

yes, the fed is buying mortgage backed securities again and pushing themselves into a corner where they'll end up being forced to raise rates again, powerfucking their mortgage backed securities and then it's 2008 all over again. The people responsible will once again make billions of dollars and the middle class will watch their equity disappear again.

Won’t a bunch of people get foreclosed on in June? Some moratorium ends? Then cheap houses?

Print more money and inject helicopter money. Apparently you can print infinite amounts of money and nothing happens

Maybe if coronavirus was as deadly as it was made out to be real estate would go down

It won’t collapse because too many people think it should collapse. Simple as that. The more absurd the market is the less likely anything will happen. You will seethe. I will seethe. The show will go on.

Will probably crash in real terms, not in nominal terms. If you buy crypto or pms, you'd likely be surprised how little you would have to pay for houses later on. That aside, housing is probably one of the shittiest investments if shtf. Not just because of revolts, but also because of high taxes on house owners.

>> No.30327101

Bump because I have $80k sitting in my savings account getting fucked by inflation with a baby on the way while trying to buy a home. Just fucking crash so normal people have an opportunity to be home owners
