Oil demand is almost back to normal apart from jet fuel which is only 12-15% of a crude bbl.... but in the meantime we've had massive idling in US shale, permanent US production cuts, lack of investment in existing projects globally (steepening decline curves), total lack of greenfield projects, Chinese demand back at records (they import almost all their crude) and multiple vaccines that will likely solve covid at least in the developed world by summer.

BTW last time the Saudis tried to out-pump the USA shale market the US moved some forces/missiles out of the gulf and Saud folded and cut. This time around the US can even tell them we are cutting (Federal lands BS), so dont you dare flood the market.
