EOY will probably be $2-$3 if everything works fine, then $5 if everything goes extremely well. Remember that a $5 ADA means it had to beat ETH in its game, so this is not very likely to happen unless ETH fucks up royally.

5 Years from now is really hard to tell as it all depends on what projects might come out, if there are literally 0 good things being developed in Cardano then it will probably remain around $4-6$ forever, maybe less, if there are good projects and a lot of faith in this, who knows how high it can go.
