I've had 0.08 back from 2014 (received for 2 simple PhotoShop jobs).
Started trading about 2 weeks ago, I've converted 0.07 BTC into alts and left 0.01 in my wallet.
With constant trading now I'm at 0.094 worth of BTC, which is not a huge improvement, but I'm currently focusing on alts.
However I'll only be calm when I'll convert back 0.1 BTC slowly over time into my wallet and keep on trading with alts, in case BTC skyrockets into the stratosphere, I won't blame myself to losing my investment.
I think keeping at least some BTC can't hurt for the future. But relying entirely on BTC's price swing can be an emotional rollercoaster in itself.
