Liquidity pools need 2 currencies to trade in. WETH and HOGE in this case. When you "buy" hoge you are really swapping your ETH(becomes WETH) for HOGE. Your WETH -> the Liquidity Pool. The LP's HOGE -> you.
when this unlocks there will be more ETH & HOGE available for swapping.
