yes, but ethereum has been around longer than neo, atleast the mainnet

and ethereum functions very well as a currency when there's no news, that keeps it growing over time, making it a good long term hold

im not saying neo was recover, but it took eth well over 1.5 month to get out of the bear market, and started recovering a couple of weeks ago

and thats the top 2 crypto, with lots of partners and stuff attached to it, so a simple altcoin like neo will probably not recover as fast
