LMAO I do know. In fact many of the new procedures were put in place thanks to me. But I’m finally realizing how they care more about stupid little things than what really matters, like bringing actual solutions and straight answers to their customers. Lately when I tell them something, they just give me the run around and don’t mention it ever again. So I’m just going to do things as best I can with the resources I have. I expect many coachings and BS coming my way, me thinks
