This is pretty solid advice desu. I always freaked out when I would have insomnia and would just toss and turn all night, to the point where I would get ready for work and be all the more exhausted from expending so much energy trying to sleep when my brain didn't want to.

Also on those days I would take the back roads to commute as opposed to the highway. It's way less panic inducing.
