Like if you print out a set of physical pokemon cards that are nfts. You can always authenitcate the real one because of it being represented on the blockchain. You have for example a game like EVE Online. User creates an original warship or whatever which survives for years or decades in the MMO world.
It switches owners, collects history, is perhaps modified in some other way to make it super unique. Then, since it's an NFT, you can confirm all this history, and sell it via an NFT market for actual BTC or fiat or something. The game makers can perhaps take a cut from the sales of their in-game items. Wouldn't this be possible?
