got about 200-550k in the bank for permits? A good washplant or mill setup for hard rock is running 40k-75k, gen set and aux equipment isnt cheap either. Getting a gold mine going is a lot of work.

However, getting a small placer claim and just digging little holes and running with pic related works too.

My friend is buying 18 1-ounce coins, basically locking more than 20 000 Euro in a depreciating asset. He says that it is a hedge against "the fall of the euro".

Does it make sense? If the Euro would fall and the EU members would go to their independent currencies, would it matter? The Euro would be likely converted back to the national currency, so you might as well hoard Euros.

We already refuted this in the last thread, why are you reposting the same thing

AG, Hecla and Pan American are massive multi-billion-dollar companies, not small caps, so they have no bearing on the point whatsoever

The small caps themselves weren't pricing in $12 silver during the March crash (e.g. Impact was still more than double what it was in 2015/2016)

Many silver small caps have already gone 10x, see Eloro, Vangold, Callinex

Mining stocks in general are still in the stealth phase; Barrick has dumped below Jan. 2020 when gold was $1400, Kinross has a P. E. ratio of 8 despite paying a large dividend, etc.

For instance the old Slovak currency was the Koruna, where 30koruna = 1euro. If Euro were to fall and we went back to koruna, we would just exchange 1euro for 1koruna not to confuse people. The prices would fluctuate somewhat, but there is no reason for the currency to lose value as long as you don't increase the amount in circulation.

you need your Free Miners License and a BCEID which you can get though your local government office. The first fees i think 25$ for it. Next you need to find a claim, and at the moment, the ENTIRE province is staked up. Not one piece of open land can be taken through normal staking. If you want ground your going to have to buy it, and thats tricky. buy and sell sites are full of "claims" for sale but who knows if their worth anything. One guy a while ago here pointed out a claim to me and it didnt exist at all.

Your best bet is to wait for after spring when lots of idiots who bought ground and cant work it for some reason start selling. Watch local prospecting groups they keep the bullshitters out.

TOYS?! Jesus Christ, anon, they're figurines!

Honestly, about 5 to 6k USD. I have two other figures not displayed here that add up to around $600 or so MSRP.

Funny enough, most of these figures are selling for more than I bought them for even open/second hand. Only a few have dropped in value, so like any collectible the subjective value is what defines its worth.

Most of the times figurines only come out once (although manufacturers have done re-releases of popular ones recently). So if you didn't preorder and wait 8, 12, 18 months for the release you're out of luck on the popular stuff and can only get it on the pre-owned market.

Awesome I am so glad someone read the pastebin!

There's a multitude of reasons why silver is more appealing than gold at the moment, mainly due to industrial demand, a large short position by bullion banks, it hasn't reached its ATH yet, and there hasn't been a single instance of Gold ripping its ATH without silver hitting its ATH after so it's in the bag, just who knows when it will move.
There's a lot more reasons that i'm too lazy to type up, but basically it's down to the volatility and the fact that it hasn't hit ATH yet.

I expect the Gold/Silver Ratio to drop to around ~30 in this bullrun, which is when I will sell my silver for gold.

Building spacecraft on the Moon is a really good idea - less propellant needed to launch due to lower gravity.
Water was discovered in craters so this is a possibility.
Anyway sending some water to the orbit is not actually such a big deal, it's better to spend some extra money rather than to kill astronauts.

Thanks guys appreciate the advice. My wife has a masters in agriculture with a bachelor's in animal science from Texas A&M so cattle ranching is her background. We know how hard it is but this is what we want to do. I'm a hard worker and have a geology degree so I'll find a way to put that to use. We want to get land asap but our worry is being able to maintain it while we get the rest of the operation going and also having something to fall back on in hard times
I wonder if I should invest a lot of it to build capitol at first, or buy the land, put a house on it and let the rest grow as investments. All I know is that if you can find good land at a reasonable price then you should take it. We want 200 acres.

desert. with a water table at 10000ft. almost 2 miles. they quoted us 100k to drill for water, and if they found it 100k more get the pumps set up.

Make sure that you convert that fiat into gold and silver as quickly as you can manage it. We don't actually know how soon the collapse might take place. Alasdair Macleod is saying that a banking crisis might happen within months. The COMEX is so fragile that it might break any month--March, April, May, we really don't know. But things really are coming to a head at this point and you need to act as fast as you can.

that math is real, according to all the things: "460 meters per second
Thus, the surface of the earth at the equator moves at a speed of 460 meters per second--or roughly 1,000 miles per hour. As schoolchildren, we learn that the earth is moving about our sun in a very nearly circular orbit. It covers this route at a speed of nearly 30 kilometers per second, or 67,000 miles per hour."

and yet even with this speed, the moon is still in tow, magically. despite being 238,000 miles away, the earth's gravity well is somehow strong enough to keep the moon exactly in it's position. and therefore the moon must ALSO be moving this fast, which is fucking ridiculous.

High purity iron used in chemistry is also really expensive.

Henlo frens, just got back from the Goodwill with some more Sterling and Pewter (tin) for the stacks. 105g Pewter was $.50, worth about $2.50, and the weighted sterling bud or rose vase was $1.50 and would probably yield around 45 grams of sterling worth about $36.

Nothing remarkable but you'd be lucky to get one measly Merc dime for what I paid for near $40 worth of metal. Being smart and hoovering up true cheapies gives you a huge ROI advantage over the normies paying retail so keep your eyes open for all such opportunities.

>a ball on a string inside earth's gravity itself is an example of space
You don't know how a gravity works nor the basics of classical mechanics.

Checked, but do you understand how encouraging certain mindsets can actually lead to a better world even if they aren't true? Flat earthers aren't the ones that are going to be doing astrophysics and rocket science anyways. If they weren't flat earthers they would be globe-cucked/globohomo'd. Do you see what I'm getting at?

yes, that's exactly why I won't touch it.

knowing isn't going to make him any happier, it would probably do the opposite. I say leave it alone. Let a person be the happiest person they can be, even if they're not exactly accurate in their world view. It's not important for him to know astrophysics just like it's not important for my mom to understand evolution.

>It's beautiful in a way. Pure.
>that's why I didn't respond and won't. It's like a placid lake in a forest clearing. So pure and unaffected. You just have to leave it alone because it would be a sin to try to improve it.

That immediately reminded me of a very autistic old friend of mine. He is highly intelligent but like many autists often ignored or didn't see the value in knowing things that most normies organize their life around. One day in 8th grade he said not only that he didn't know what day it was but also he wasn't sure what month it was. Surprised, I asked him to recite the days of the week and he got all 7 but with a the days mixed up. His recitation of the months in a year was pitiful however, he had no idea what order they were supposed to be and could only remember the names of 9 or 10 months. He was in the 99th percentile like the rest of us which made it that much more wonderful that he had gone so long with his unique and peculiar relationship with time and its delineation without any real problems. I made a point to drop the matter and let him continue being himself, such autism is too pure and beautiful to be messed with.
