I found this thread by myself, don't even think it's linked in the TG. 3% of every transaction is stored in the vault as BNB, which can be swapped at an ever increasing rate for VLT, and vice versa, the vault is hardlocked and can't be touched by anyone, which means if the price is crabbing for too long with decent volume, the price floor will catch up and force the market price up

Read the smart contract you brainlet, there is zero admin functions tied to the vault, and the largest holder (non-dev) has 2k tokens (3% of supply) which isn't even a dev but a seed investor.
