I think what he's trying to say is the price for a barrel of oil is starting to normalize back to pre-corona levels while some of the stocks are still way undervalued, the stocks are starting to normalize as well by going up in value. What hes saying makes perfect sense to me and means our oil stocks should be safe and rise back to where they're suppose to be.
