Hello /biz/,

I have a problem with my land owner. Can you guys give me some advice on what to do in this situation?
Basically about 2 days ago i have called my land owner to tell him i'm going out 2 months before our contract expires(May 1st). He answered with telling me to write a resignation letter(untill march 1st) and everything will be fine.
So basically that's what i did today and sent him a picture saying farewell and he replied saying that i need to pay for another month cause i missed some 30day regulation schedule.
I'll now be seeing him tomorrow to deliver the extra monthly.
I would like to convince him to keep my money, is there anyway i can at least keep 50% of the monthly payment, that would be great
