29986183 No.29986183 [Reply] [Original]

Without using the word "price", explain to me why Bitcoin cash shouldn't replace Bitcoin as the leader of the crypto world.

Because BTC Core has already established itself as the spine of the crypto trading ecosystem. Everything is tied to BTCs value. There are no BCH pairs with every coin like there are BTC pairs. BTC is not used with its original intent for small transactions and etc. but it is still cheaper to use BTC for a large transaction than to use a bank. BTC is a store of value, but if you want to do small transactions with it you can use a lightning node and have 0 fees.

>>29986722
Yeah, that was what I'm pointing out with this thread. It is bitcoin, it's literally what it was meant to do, but the price doesn't reflect that. I do hope it'll correct in the (very) long term. Right now, crypto is just investors, nobody is actually looking to use it, it's just greater fool theory in full effect, literally no other use.

they had to undo security features SATOSHI HIMSELF but in bitcoin to prevent minority parasite-chains like bcash from existing.

when you have to undo the core ethos of bitcoin itself to enable your own survival, you're obsolete

Because silver-backed crypto (Kinesis Money) is far more efficient than BCH and actually backed 1:1 in an allocated way just like PSLV.

Because if you want real gains, you buy silver stocks now instead of the top of the crypto bubble.

not very well explained but something like that.
they changed the consensus algo, they changed the network id and didn't change the pow function to something they would have majority on (which makes the bitcoin family consensus algo viable is that the majoriy of available hashpower has to participate honestly).

they basically made a shitcoin. there is no other way to describe the bcash forks.

Mostly true. Even if you think of it from a truly analytical point of view, there is zero reason for Jack Dorsey and Michael Saylor to only want BTC. I could see if they were 95% allocated to BTC but this shit is retarded. We'll see how this all ends though soon I'm guessing.

Easy.
It's trying to be Monero AND Bitcoin.
The US government will stop it dead in it's tracks.
On top of that it wants to use a third part with Avalanche.
Better off supporting BSV. Wish Roger Ver would see the light.

The question is now, will this fool market ever end by actual use, or will crypto always be a niche investor market?

BSV is using the original 2009 protocol.
BCH and Roger Ver are great. He brought ALOT of people into Bitcoin BUT he is the Cybernpunk version of Bitcoin. Fighting the system by making Bitcoin Anonymous. It's a losing battle. Also BCH is having a hell of time scaling. No hate for Roger Ver just a difference about what Bitcoin really is.

Look at the scaling right now.

You are correct. That however is to their detriment the same as Liberty Gold was.
