There are several layers of price premium on gamestop at the moment.

First layer -> actual core value of gamestop, which is about $15.

Second layer -> eternal reddit bagholders that cannot cope with holding for a loss (basically everyone who has held from $200-$400 and down) and will never sell unless those price points are reached again. These people bump the price premium from $20 to $50.

Third layer -> Institutional investors and speculators like us who bought after the pump on Thursday. We hold because we believe we can get out with a quick 30 - 40% profit. We bring the price premium from $50 to ~$100.

Although GME is up for today, the third layer isn't here for the long haul. They're here to wait and cash out when the stock hits highs for the day, around $120 (although this will probably be lower today. The high every day has fallen by $15, and volatility is decreasing). If GME is only growing by single percentage points each day and crabbing most of the time, there will be a slow, uncoordinated bleed sell off in the next few weeks as more and more people realize you can no longer swing trade this stock. This will slowly bleed the stock price until we settle at a baseline of 70-80 dollars.
