There haven't been many actual flippenings in crypto. A lot of talk, but not much reality. Rubic, however, WILL flip Uniswap. It won't be at a blistering pace, this will be more akin to a frog boiling in water. 40 cents will seem normal...then 50...then 60...then $1...then $2...then $5. They've been saying that for a year. RBC is already pretty much done with one of its L2 solutions. Then there's the rest of what Rubic offers that Uni won't. You need to understand that Uni is a liquidity provider first (for staking), exchange second.

they have staking but it was for a limited window and a temporary thing, and they will announce another staking period fairly soon, i think
the tokenomics are that you stake for percentage of rewards from transaction fees, but that's still in development
