Accept that this kind of speculation is outside of your risk tolerance and invest in something less risky.

I heard an anon say on here once you should read the charts constantly until you are numb to market movements. Can't say that would work for everyone but it works for me.

you put too much into something you don't trust. Just hear at your own feelings, if you invest into risky shitcoins (aka gambling), it's important that you don't give a shit about the money. If you win it's cool, if not, it's also cool. Don't dream about winning, if you can't handle that, don't do it because it will destroy you long term.

Only invest money that you are unironically ready to lose. /biz/ normalizes it but holding more than 10% of your net worth in crypto gives most people panic attacks

I now have 50% of my network in crypto starting from 750 dollars I threw into Chainlink and RSR. Have been playing with that. I started low because I wanted to see if I could do it.

If I started higher I would be filthy rich and instead I’m just doing very well for myself.

I just lost 100k

been hodling btc since 2013 and eth since 2016 it doesn't really faze me anymore at all, 2017 did make me anxious but 2018 made me numb

doesn't feel real cause I never sell much, my word of advice is take out any money you can't afford to lose and stop checking the price every few minutes let it ride

realistically, are you going to sell today? do you have some money and want to buy something? odds are you are going to do neither so you might as well ignore the charts and this board and go do something else with your day.

If you're investing in something you're confident in, you won't care if the price fluctuates. I'm 95% in XMR and the only reason I watch the price is so that I can increase my stack on dips. If it went to $50 tomorrow I'd fucking love it because it would mean I could get a fat pile for cheap.

The time investment and mental stress of shitcoin gambling really isn't worth it, especially if you have a healthy income from other sources. Just find a long term project you believe in and hold. It's incredibly comfy in comparison.
