Sadly, I think the Telegram community issue is hard to fix; it doesn't matter how good the admins are; it doesn't matter how many transparency reports are published; it doesn't matter how many educational materials we have. The sad truth is Telegram is the entrypoint for "wen lambo" moonboiis that don't really care about the project, just about short term speculation. There are many quality members there, but also a lot of idiots making lots of noise and drowning interesting discussion.

There is an unofficial Discord server with more intellectual discourse too. I think big communities like Reef's would benefit more from platforms with discussion channels and not just "one size fits all" for 20k people talking all at once.

I bought at the 1 cent range and sold half at 4 cent. I got a little bit stored in the Reef bonds and the Lit Bonds (still no word on the Lit Bond APY). Development on Substrate was implicitly nodded to in the "Kusama deployment" point of the roadmap. I guess they weren't expecting to get enough funding soon to bid for a parachain, but Denko met a lot of golden lambo Arab princes at Dubai who were interested at funding the project, so that may have made them prioritize getting into the Polkadot parachain auction right now. Moonbeam deployment was probably decided upon previous to this fact to get the project running on Polkadot itself (as opposed to Kusama) since they thought the auction was out of scope.
