It still has room to x10 medium termand I can't see it more that /4 from here on out you gotta weigh up what you see and what you think is a realistic outcome and decide for yourself though! goodluck desu

>Cielo
This is what I was wondering about. Will they be able to ramp production up before cash runs out, or do they have to issue 30 million more shares like they did in Q3? Maybe just 10 million since they are now very expensive.
They didn't have any revenue because they were doing R&D until around October, so that's normal and not really caused by the corollavirus.

Their catalyst being a trade secret rather than a patent still worries me. Also there are not much good info on how robust they are in terms of feedstock. Does it have to be selectively collected plastic and paper, or you can just throw in regular trash and don't even care?

>pic related, it's a screen from their latest financial statement.
Their business model is not selling renewable diesel. It's selling shares.

They can take all seven types of plastic, soiled or not. Pretty much any garbage, it gets sorted at facilities for metals and batteries anyways so those would be out. Can take any paper or paper product. Any wood product, wood shavings, off cuts, rail road ties etc.

The catalyst is massive because instead of adding their diesel to fuel they would be able to sell just straight renewable diesel which could go straight into a vehicle or machine. This is what will get them their shekels.

They have been in rnd for over a decade so before revenue started coming in I'm not surprised there was dilution. Could it happen again, sure but it's unlikely as more revenue is coming in now on fuel sales, the desulphirized equipment is already paid for and they are not fronting the cost of the new plants. I'm off for the day and don't care to respond to a negative Nancy but hopefully I shed some positive light on Cielo.

You will never see Cielo below a dollar if you don't buy Monday. I can promise you that.

For reference, this is the depolymerization company that I keep referring to in my own DD posts. It definitely works, and desulpherization was their primary issue. How I remember this from 20 years ago, I don't know.

Hey /biz/, uber newfag here dropping in to ask extremely basic stuff probably. My father talked to me about some bank proposed investments and aked me to give them a read, so yeah i thought about visiting this place for closure on stuff. Like one option is about some medtech stocks or sumthing in a setting that from my understanding goes like this: you give the bank a sum, say 5k, and over a time of some years a part of it is invested in the market while the rest in in more stable stuff. Progressively the invested amount will grow in relation to the rest, so say it's 20% of the 5k at the start and progressively grows to be like more? don't have many details because we had just a quick chat on the stuff.
Anyways, it seems a smart move: 5k in that span of time isn't much if there are losses and like 100 a month would be used to buy at a time so it sould limit somewhat the damage?
I probably just burted out a bunch of nothing but was worth a try, it was either this or /trash/ edging.

Also also, the proposed investments are on some medtech company or something: is it a good place to invest in general?

as much I want to believe you, I find it hard to do so based on what I saw. I even read some article in a local Canadian newspaper about them but it's still not very convincing. I don't think they can pull it off considering how their CEO looks

>>29897678
>Also also, the proposed investments are on some medtech company or something: is it a good place to invest in general?
biotech and pharmaceuticals are among the most volatile sectors and heavily catalyst-driven investments, meaning that the share price is directly tied to major news that is relevant for a limited amount of time before their stock plummets again

I don't know what they have exactly offered you but giving your money to a bank to make money isn't a smart move as the bank doesn't have any interest other than enriching themselves and not their customers

if you want to invest something that will remain somewhat stable, go for a no-brainer 60/40 mix in a MSCI World Index and emerging markets ETF by BlackRock (iShares) for example

yeah i know but they proposed this to my boomer dad who in honesty told me how his generation (in italy) was used to get 7/8% returns on bank investments pretty regularly back in the day, so he is kinda tempted.

ok, so, remaining on "bunch of cash i gotta invest with da bank" because i hardly believe i can convince my father to do it differently, is a more "stable " form preferable if you HAVE to work with the joos? stuff focused more on obligations, i think. Not very good with the terminology sorry.

the bad:

>too much volatility as of late, which makes leverage too risky

i don't know:
>people are dumping their shitcoins again. is that a signal for a red day? or were people buying it to hedge against inflation, and now they're going to rotate it back into stonks because there's no $15/hr minimum wage?
