Anyone know why my approval transaction just sits there forever and never confirms? The transaction doesn't even appear on block explorer. I'm confirming it on my coinbase wallet and overpaying in gas (from 1-3x the value of a "fast transaction", and also based on gas tracker. My wallet just has like 30 pending transactions trying to convert back to ETH.
