Assets don't work with absolute values, but percentages. A 1 cent swing in 6 cent asset is the same as 1 dollar in 6 dollar. So you should just say ~15%.

Gas fees are only like 20-30usd rn, so buy as soon as possible if you're planning to use uniswap. Gas won't get much cheaper than this, plus asko price gonna run away from you.

You could also use probit if you want to avoid fees. If you have assets in an exchange you can swap it for xlm then transfer xlm to probit (xlm transfers are basically free), then go whatever route to get from xlm to asko within probit.
