It's patented by Silvio (which is super rare in this space), being implemented by Marschall islands as well as Brazil, and I've heard something about Canada and SEA. Powell said, that FED is in cooperating with MIT (which is where Algorand hails from) in regards to digital currencies. Algorand is mentioned in ISO 20022. It's fees are dirt cheap, it's going to scale to 46k tx/s with 2.5s blocks. APY is great, and normies love it. It's basically what Cardano would want to be, but is not. When this thing gets traction, it's easily going to join the top 10 club. This bullrun is going to last for few more months, so I guess Algo still has time to shine.
