No, quickswap is an exchange like uniswap. You move your matic compatible coins to matic's network using their eth->matic bridge and then use quickswap. They're different networks.

Imagine instead of paying eth fees every time you do a transaction, you pay eth fees once to move your coin to the quickswap network. Once you're on the quickswap network you can perform transactions at 1/100th the fee, but then you have to move it back to the eth network when you want to exit the cryptomarket.
