- ALL transfers and sales of TULIP are taxed at 2% and sent to a community Tax Vault, also called the TULIP GARDEN — buys are NOT taxed.

- 7,770,717 TULIP (half the total supply) will be LOCKED In the Tax Vault upon release.

- The Tax Vault is a communal pool of TULIP tokens, that allows holders to BURN 1 or more TULIP for a net profit.

- A token burn occurs when holders decide to send their TULIPs to the WILT FUNCTION.

- This burn (or wilt) can only occur when more than 50% of the circulating TULIP supply is locked in the Tax Vault. In other words, the Tulip Garden must first accumulate enough TULIPs.

- When the minimum Tax Vault threshold is met, any token holder can send their TULIP to the Wilt Function. This removes the sacrificed TULIPs from the total supply, and the sender receives their initial TULIP balance as well as SPROUTING extra TULIPs in return.

- This benefits the sender, while also benefitting the community by reducing the total circulating supply.

- The system is designed to intrinsically burn at a predictable rate towards (but never reaching) zero, without any input from an external variables such as price.
