The price on Kraken has been the highest most of the time (especially in fiat, e.g. 300e vs $270) because of the isolation. Now the deposits and withdrawals have been enabled but transfers still take a lot of time (20 confirmations to receive).

I think this is just the last pump before deposits come in and price drops as exchanges start to match. Bitfinex went up quickly.
