From what i can tell, the latest announcement implies they are working on everything simultaneously. I guess end of March release isn't impossible..but end of April is extremely likely. We'll see if X9 has any surprises for us.

I thought the same thing reading the update, its not exactly red hot news "we're working on a bunch of stuff cool huh?" however it made me wonder if they have funding/support from bitfinex so the coding team has expanded and they're actually making reasonably timed progress now. Although its also not ideal they're so dependant on connext. Same with links trajectory being dependant on arbitrum coming out. These other teams just haven't shown they can actually perform yet
