If you want something faster, find bullshit gaining traction on Reddit and average up accordingly. Typically reddit pnd antics are defined by a 1 hour interval after open and you can make an absolute killing if you time it. I dson;t short but I know people who make lots of money buying puts on the tail end of Reddit pumps because they're completely inorganic and easily identifiable (weed stocks are an example, you would've made a killing shorting at the peak)

smart move staying away from real estate though, it's a huge waste of time unless you've already made it and contract a property management company to do the dirty work
