Don't know much about it myself, only caught about half. ZEN is an ecosystem that can scale and create "sidechains" for other projects appearantly. So LTO will have its sidechain there (every transaction there will also happen in LTO network, so it's like double anchoring) and nodes validating LTO network can also validate the sidechain is what Rob from Horizen said.
