I actually like Nicola precisely because of the debt. The debt is all denominated in CAD and already priced into the gutter market cap. When the CAD goes into hyperinflation, Nicola will immediately get a clean balance-sheet. Meanwhile it has

1) A mill which cost $32 million, which is worth as much as its own market cap;

2) The only mill in B. C. permitted to process feedstock from anywhere in the province, and the only one available for hundreds of junior mining companies;

3) A silver property with 30 million ultra-high-grade ounces (something like 800 gpt), permitted for mining;

4) The highest-grade copper property in North American history, permitted for mining;

5) A very high-grade gold property, permitted for mining.

Add to this that "it would be nearly impossible to get a new mill permitted in B.C. in under five years, if at all."

(Obviously this is a high-risk stock which is suitable only for people who are planning for a silver bull market and fiat-currency hyperinflation.)

This is actually something that makes me scratch my head. I skimmed over Ximen a while ago and their presentation shows that there are lots of mills around the parts, maybe not inside B.C. borders but lots to pick and choose from regardless. Ximen actually intends to use another mill despite being close to Merritt.
>A silver property with 30 million ultra-high-grade ounces
Now this is just false, they have estimated about 1.4Moz Ag with a 5oz/t cutoff grade.
>A very high-grade gold property
This is false too, Nicola doesn't have a gold property. They are settling for a milling agreement with a private miner who is going to send some high grade gold to the Merrit Mill though, no idea when that will happen.

I didn't say that Nicola's mill was the only one available in B. C.; I said that it was "the only one permitted to process feedstock material from anywhere in the province."

Every single one of the dots in picture related is a deposit which will have to make use of Nicola's mill.

>This is false too, Nicola doesn't have a gold property. They are settling for a milling agreement with a private miner who is going to send some high grade gold to the Merrit Mill though, no idea when that will happen.

for one there arent any, contract mills basically all disappeared in the 90s or were moth balled because of low metals prices and the dieing off of the "family" run mines especially in the Slocan and Northern BC. No ore to run meant these mills were basically worthless.

As for shipping the ore to the US, there are actually a few companies that tried that but were later embargoed against it from the Canadian side. The US though still sends ore and concentrate to us for processing but Canada isnt allowed to do the same in the US.

All right, sorry if I got the report wrong and thanks very much for correcting it. Think that it was in one of these threads many months ago very late at night when I was only just bringing up Nicola Mining and I just opened that pdf and added the numbers together without even bothering to look at the context. Still 5 million ounces is pretty good and that report is also from 2012 so perhaps they have added to the resource since then. I have read that Huldra Silver the predecessor company was planning to produce 2 million ounces of silver a-year in 2013, so they must be confident that there's a lot of silver on that property. Apart from this new detail everything else that I said appears to be accurate and so it remains an extremely attractive high-risk high-reward opportunity for me.

Really now! Alright I'm warming up to Nicola a little bit then. Still, I have other places to be first and I'll have to dive deep into the New Craigmont asset a little before choosing whether to invest or not because that's their flsgship project. The debenture matures in two years so they really have to put out some results to get the share price up or else there'll be hell to pay for shareholders.
>>29792471
Yeah Treasure Mountain is a good asset. It's not Nicola's focus right now but I believe they want to keep exploring around the mine right now judging from recent exploration efforts. I don't think they have added any ounces since 2012 though but maybe they'll try to now that silver is looking attractive. I want to see what the company will do and what results they can provide before investing, and the debenture maturing in two years is keeping me away too. Until then, better opportunities elsewhere for me

Yea Nicola and Golden Dawn are the only two operators of contract mills in BC currently, and the Greenwood mill is currently geared for silver / lead / zinc concentrate production so thats all it can handle. The mill Nicola has can do basically everything which is very handy. Blue Lagoon is actually lucky that Nicola exists, their ore has a lot of penalized elements in it like Cadmium that other mills wouldnt want to deal with, Nicola is permitted and built to handle that.

Orex Minerals. Small-cap developer with properties in Mexico and Canada. 33m market cap. JV's with both Fresnillo and Pan American.

http://www.orexminerals.com/i/pdf/December-2020-Orex-Minerals-Presentation.pdf

"@silverguru Sandra could be 100s of millions of ounces, and Orex knows where to drill to find out if it is true. Now we have the money to find out. Could be the cheapest silver stock of all in terms of $ per ounce of silver, with the highest upside of any silver play. Sprott is in for the maximum allowed under the law, the 19.9%. You can tell which stocks Sprott likes the best, he goes in for 19.9%. SKP, AAG, REX, GOG. "

"@silverguru csol, about 20% of Sandra is 30 million silver ounces with refractory ore at Boleras that is mostly likely fully recoverable silver with a cyanide leach process, Sandra is a high grade monster with 100+ million oz of silver, most of which has no mineralization issues, the 20% of Sandra at Boleras with the metallurgy concern is 30 million ounce of near surface high grade silver with lots of gold with a 1:1 strip ratio and slightly higher processing cost because it is refractory. Sandra is a monster, and REX.V is ridiculously cheap and overlooked, and Pan Am will easily solve the metallurgy issues. REX.V is going much much much higher, don't know why there is not more interest or excitement yet, people will catch on soon, this might be the cheapest silver stock on the venture, in terms of $ of market cap per oz of silver, plus there is lots of gold. cheers"

wasnt the University. It was Californians right after the 2001 crash. They sold their shitboxes for 500$sq ft and flooded Austin, where even the most luxurious house in West Austin only costs 300$ sq ft. Upped each other on bids on houses till they got 40% over asking. And they brought their politics with them. If you are from Austin you will know the story of Mark Strama. City Council member that moved to Austin 3 weeks before the election from California. And that was his campaign slogan
>IM FROM CALIFORNIA
beat out the incumbent. and soon others followed. In the next 10 years we got
>stupid helmet laws (state smacked Austin down bc only the state can regulate transportation)
>banned smoking in bars and restaurants
>upped millage on houses by 1%
>passed stupid light rail that cost more than 20x over budget
>got into a fight with State Reps and send APD out to ticket all their cars, on state property, which resulted in DPS Troopers and APD standing off.
>Kicked out 400 deaf and blind people from a housing project and gave it to developer to make luxury condos
>Rainey Street, kinda same thing
>passed a public camping law that lets homeless camp anywhere except front of City Hall and the Mayors street.

They fucked it up so bad I got outta there in 2012.

So glad to see people interested in doing some research of their own, I'll happily answer.

First off, you should look at the most recent company SEDAR's (financial statements & Management Discussion & Analysis). With financial statements you'll want to look at their balance sheet and see how much cash and other assets they have, as well as see what their liabilities are and whether they have any debt. You should also see their shares outstanding as well as all the warrants and options which can raise money for the company but also cause dilution to shareholders. You'll also find some info about the company's mining assets in the financial statement -- how much the company has invested in their projects and where the money has gone, how much interest the company has for its mining assets and whether there are any payments or net smelter royalties to pay.

After seeing the SEDARs you should get acquainted with the company more. Check the company presentation and its projects more in detail. See what the company intends to do and what results they have already. PEAs and Feasibility Studies are great because you can calculate the EV/After-tax NPV ratio to see what the price of the shares are in relation to their project's value. Mineral Resource Estimates and exploration results are also valuable info. If you're willing to dive deeper you can look at technical reports for the projects. See the miner pastebin if you want to learn to estimate mining company's results and other things.

Basically that's the most important stuff. I also like to email the company's IR or CEO to ask a few questions and see whether they care enough to reply. The best CEOs answer quickly and in detail.

Companies often (not always) issue warrants along with common shares when they get a Private Placement financing. Usually they issue 1 warrant per flow-through share but sometimes it's 1/2 warrant per share. And if the company can really make good deals they can even get financings without any warrants! That's the good stuff! Warrants are like options in that they have a "strike price" and an expiry date. Upon share price exceeding the strike price, a warrant can be exercised. When a warrant is exercised, the warrant-holder gets to buy shares at the strike price and sell shares at the current share price. The company sells these new shares to the warrant-holder and gets capital in exchange for new shares. Shares outstanding increase and shareholders are diluted. If a warrant expires while "out of the money", it will become worthless and the warrant-holder will simply lose his warrant, the company won't issue those shares and won't get financing for those warrants, and shareholders won't get diluted (although the company might have to do another PP or get a loan if they run out of cash of course)

so we have 15% gone, your margins are imaginary
you disregard all that, you don't know the russian market prices, and you still stick to your childish claims.
what about other stuff, check the boxed sets, they are way cheaper than ebay, kinda makes you think, doesn't it?
well, otherwise you'd kvetch about them too
>cryptojew
any explanation to that? because crypto is accepted as payment?

Just think of the additional ounces anons could have bought if they hadn't fallen for his scam prices.

A jew that doesn't want to be known as jew. Usually calls people who expose him jews.

You can't shill away the 20$ price tag for a coin that is worth 7$. Or the 45$ pricetag on a coin that is worth 15$.
The prices on the other two german coins, without swastika, are actually sane. He's scamming /pmg/ anons who like swastikas. Sounds pretty jewish or commie to me, probably both.

It's real.
Kikes are not only weird, they create parallel societies while they subvert the one they live in.
NYC has it's own jewish police force, and they get away with the same shit regular NYC cops do.

Video itself is pretty cringe with the chanting and general animal rights faggotry (I agree with them, they're just faggots) but it shows what goes on well enough. Truly don't know how they're allowed to do this in public, literally anyone else would be thrown the fuck in jail for sacrificing animals in public.

again, no argument regarding the numbers. how can you compare big companies to a small family operation? this is silly
of course big companies can get away with slimmer margins, but it is not the case here

5RM with church were sold for 21$ a few days ago, 5RM swastika for 26$. 45 is a placeholder price tag, jfc
dude, just stop. 21 and 26 are decent prices if you take into consideration >>29797788
14.88 is a decent price for 2RM, because you don't order from Germany. check 2RM prices in US then, how can you compare the country of origin?
you are just being unreasonable
