Honest opinion? I don’t fucking know, the line for cryptos massive corrections and what defines a trend for a crash is so blurred I feel like it’s just inaccurate to ever assume until you’re being liquidated. It’s just the nature of it all and why it’s considered so volatile, a universal market that’s 24/7 is going to suffer when Asia does bad, Europe, or the U.S; It’s hard to know the hour when either or will suffer a massive crisis or push some bill that fucks with crypto, etc.
I think the conditions are right for people to flood into crypto because futures in western fiat looks awful and my gut tells me it’s a correction that will create a new high. I just hate to give people advice and have them put up money they then later lose, even when we’re booming I have my extreme doubts because it isn’t uncommon that one little move causes everything to drop 10-20% overnight. The market is young and identifying trends is still difficult because we’ve only had two really significant booms.

“Could go up, could go down, could go sideways memes” are unironically true. I feel like people swearing otherwise are usually trying to shill something and to be clear I don’t discourage crypto at all. There’s great money to be made from it, I just encourage that you spend what you can lose at all times. Never take a bet you wouldn’t feel comfortable with losing and always set reasonable levers, you can come out on top you just can’t throw it in and expect continual growth quite yet. I believe volatility will inevitably be reduced with institutions moving into the market but we’re not quite there yet.
