being from Romania I can't help but see what a huge impact a collaboration like this would have made after the 'revolution' in 1989. so many illegal land retrocessions by ex communists that got rich because no one except them was organised enough to double check their claims.
i can't help but wonder if the authorities in Afghanistan would want this to work, as it would prevent them from stealing and hoarding wealth while the population is disorganized. i know first hand how government corruption works and this is a legitimate concern of mine. thoughts on this?
