If you want things that hold premiums you want popular gov minted coins. Silver eagles are usually considered the best for this but they carry extra premiums for that very reason. other super popular coins are things like the SA Krugerand, Austrian Philharmonic, Canadian Maple Leaf, British Britania, Australian Kangaroo, and Chinese Panda. Collecting limited print runs of coins can be hit or miss but if you get a decent price on them and treat them very well it's probably going to appreciate somewhat. imo for silver bars just get them from reputable dealers at as close to spot as you can find

Never done it but standard fees of whatever crypto you are using. Most of them are BTC though. You will get a discount relative to what people using credit cards would.

The premiums right now of platinum, silver, and gold are at ATH's relative to spot prices. That said, bigger denominations (100 oz vs 1 oz coins) have smaller premiums per ounce of metal. You could also look at Kinesis, basically a precious metals backed credit union, that allows you to buy or spend on gold and silver you buy in their exchange either through minting or buying minting tokens. It'd be a pain in the ass but the advantage of it is that Kinesis allows you to buy or mint your PMs near the paper spot (1760 gold, 27 silver). And it can be reimbursed later with physical delivery. All of it stored in vaults for free since kinesis generates revenue and revenue sharing with its users with transaction fees.

That much cash and that much volume is going to be hard to move around quickly. You could swap or buy into separate wallets with privacy tokens like Monero and use that to slowly cash out away from glowie and taxman eyes. But you'd have to do research there.
