Anyone saying they can predict crypto is lying, I'm just going off of intuition and admittedly might be very off the mark. BTC might shoot up, but seems to be on a downward trend after gaining a lot of value pretty suddenly. That doesn't seem sustainable, but correcting around $25k does. A lot of hype surrounds these BTC spikes, and not accounting for FOMO fags artificially inflating the coin seems shortsighted.
Odds seem in favor of dipping back down to $20-30k, rather than it shooting to $100k--while just about any low cap shitcoin has exponentially more growth opportunity in the near future. Seems a waste of time and potential gains (and maybe even a risky investment) to have 8k sunk into a crypto that the guy's already clearly priced out of. Too many people just invest in BTC because it has the biggest numbers and they correlate that with the biggest gains, but that same amount of money in a promising low-ish market cap altcoin would do a lot more work and can likely be just as safe if well researched.
