HOW TF DO I MAKE MONEY IM TIRED OF BEING POOR

I have a security+ and a little pentesting knowledge but can't get a job. How much webdev shit do I need to know to charge money? Would slapping a label on some chink product be better? I'm so tired of being poor and trading is exhausting and a fools errand if I don't have an income stream to average in to this shit
