If I'm understanding it correctly (which I think I am not), based on the price of RSV I can do stuff with RSR to mint RSV's or buy RSV's and cut a profit, right?

Going along those lines, would 1 RSR give you 1 RSV? Meaning would the price of RSR never go higher than $1.00?
