First let me start off by mentioning that I’m an idiot.

I transferred about $2k worth of BNB from my wallet to Binance US and forgot to add the memo. This was over 2 weeks ago.

I opened a support ticket and received an email with a list of things they needed including a video of myself. CSR stated that once everything was supplied, it would only be 48 hours until my BNB would be deposited back into my account.

Well, it’s been 96 hours and still no BNB. Do any of you gentlemen have any contacts at Binance US? I would like to get this expedited ASAP.

Have any of you had this problem with Binance US and if so, what did you do?

All of you morons calculating your net worth based on the number sitting in Binance are all going to get rugged so hard I actually feel bad.

When you invest in something even as safe stocks NO ONE trusts each other. There are record keepers, fiduciaries, custodians, actual insurance, FINRA Audits. The whole system is based on the idea that people are always trying to fuck you. And you idiots can be bothered to look up what counter party risk is and just let your cash sit in a strangers checking account.

Hey man, I agree with you. I have found out that Binance.US and/or Binance doesn’t give a shit about any of us. I received a reply in a chat from them that stated “You are lucky we are even looking in to this. No other place would do this for you”. I was like shit!!! This is a multi-billion dollar financial institution and they are basically saying fuck you and your money. We don’t care and there is nothing you can do about it. My bank and credit card company will bend over backwards to make sure I’m happy. These fuckers are crooks and once I get my money back, if I ever do, I’m out.
